MIND
Workshops and classes, coaching meditation, journaling and self reflection will help participants gain insights into their thought patterns and behaviors. Meditation and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or perhaps sitting around a firepit helps participants calm their minds, reduce stress, and gain greater clarity and self-awareness.
BODY
The "body" component is intended to help participants nurture and care for their physical well-being. It often complements the "mind" and "spirit" components to create a well-rounded and holistic experience that promotes overall health and balance, and may include physical assessment, physical therapy, nature hiking/biking, healthy eating and nutritional guidance, breathwork, EFT.
SPIRIT
Focusing on nurturing and nourishing the spiritual dimension of your being, this component aims to help participants connect with their inner selves, hopefully their Creator, and find meaning and purpose in life, and explore their beliefs and values.
